Anyone 21 or older may contract us about a tour.
We strictly follow Arizona laws in public consumption of Alcohol.
We invite individual, couples, corporation outings, parties, etc.

What are your hours of operation?
Our tours depart Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Times may vary.
Phone calls are accepted from 9am - 6pm. If you call after 6pm it will go to our voice mail. We will call you back the next morning at 9am.
Please note that tours are filled based on reservations and the schedules are subject to change.
What is included in the Great AZ Beer Tour?
Transportation to and from each brewery.
Visits to 3 breweries per tour. 12 hour and overnight tours may include additional breweries
Plenty of various craft beer samples included and provided at each brewery.
Inside knowledge of the craft brewing process.
Do I need a reservation?
Reservation are required and can be made same day.
Our brewery tours get booked quickly and this will ensure your spot.

What forms of payment are accepted?
For Internet bookings we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
We do not accept walk up reservations.
Do I need to print a ticket?
Yes, a ticket is needed. Please print your completed for after you reserve your trip.
Must show your ID when boarding the bus.
Where do your tours depart?
Each pickup place is chosen according to area of tours scheduled.
Can you do hotel pickups?
Courtesy hotel pickups are provided only for private groups of large number of passengers traveling together.
If you reserve a Private Brewery Tour, we can typically pick up and drop off in downtown Phoenix Area or central location to scheduled tour.
Where do your tours finish?
You are dropped off at your same pick-up location.
Where does our tour take us?
There are 108 Craft Breweries in Arizona. We will be preselecting the breweries for the tours.
If you have a specific tour route in mind, please let us know and we will work with you.

How long is the tour?
We visit 3 Craft Breweries in approximately 4 hours.
The 6-hour tour will have 3 Craft Breweries. The Phoenix valley is quite large and distance might be the reason it would be a 6 hour tour.
What do we ride in?
The vehicles are large 14, 20 and 27 passenger buses available. If a tour requires a larger bus we will accommodate.
Is food available on the tour?
Lunch is provided on the 4-hour, 6-hour and 12-hour tours.
Light snacks may be available depending on the breweries we visit, but no guarantee.

Do I tip the bartenders for samples?
Your guide will take care of tips.
However, feel free to tip your guide/driver at the end of tour.
What are your age requirements?
All passengers must be 21 years old to participate in our brewery tour.
If I am pregnant and still want to go on the tour is there a non drinking fee?
Yes, you can purchase a $50 non drinking ride along seat, which includes lunch, and a nonalcoholic drink.

Do I need to bring my Living Social Voucher (if applicable)?
Ticket is needed. Please print off form from the webpage after reserving your reservation.
Must also show your ID when boarding the van.
Will my ticket expire?
Your ticket is only valid for the dates you select.

How are refunds and rescheduling handled?
No refund given within 24 hours or do not show up for your reserved tour.
Full refund available if you cancel/reschedule within 48 hours before your reserved tour.
